From the 1st to the 30th of November, every new Cashback Member will be greeted with a grand upgrade from Classic to Silver Level. Terms & Conditions:

• This offer is only valid for new member enrollments made between 1 to 30 November 2023.
• Enrollments received from all channels (website, mobile app, and hotel) are eligible for status upgrade.
• Silver upgrade requests must be submitted via email to hello@travelodgehotels.asia using the same email address registered on Travelodge Cashback Membership profile along with the member’s full name used for registration and Travelodge Cashback membership number.
• Travelodge Cashback Classic membership will be activated immediately upon completing the registration process. The member status will then be upgraded to Silver status within 5 business day from date of registration.
• The Silver upgrade status will be valid for 12 months from date of approval. To maintain Silver status, member must have completed at least thirty one (31) qualified nights within one year from upgrade date.
• If a Silver member does not complete at least thirty one (31) qualified nights within one year from their last upgrade date, their membership will be downgraded to the Classic level.
• Upgraded members may start earning Travelodge Cashback Credits based on Silver status for qualifying stays at participating hotels, commencing from date of upgrade. Travelodge Cashback Credits will not be earned for stays completed prior to such commencement date.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts or privileges.
• Travelodge Hotels Asia reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
