Want to get the best available rate of Travelodge Hotels Asia? With our Best Rate Guarantee, you can always book with confidence.

• Book your stay direct with us through our website, calling or emailing our reservations line, or by visiting one of our hotels.
• If you find a lower rate for the same hotel, room type and dates within 24 hours of making your reservation, submit a Best Rate Guarantee claim form. We’ll review the claim, and if approved, we’ll refund the difference to you nda give you an additional 25% discount on the room or x Travelodge Loyalty Program points…it’s up to you.

• Compare prices: Found a lower price elsewhere within 24 hours of booking via our website?
• Fill out an online claim form: Submit a claim form to request a refund for the difference
• Get your refund: We’ll process your claim and refund the money to you as soon as possible!

The lower competing rate must be verifiable by Travelodge Hotels Asia and immediately bookable by the general public.

The lower competing rate must be for the same hotel, room type, number of guests and reservation dates.

The same advance purchase and cancellation policies associated with the lower competing rate will apply to the reservation made through Travelodge Hotels Asia.

If the lower competing rate is booked through a non-Travelodge Hotels Asia channel, Travelodge Hotels Asia is not responsible for any fees or other costs to cancel the reservation.

Rate comparisons will be made net of any taxes, gratuities, resort fees or any other fees or charges associated with the room rate.

The guarantee is not applicable to taxes, gratuities, resort fees, food and beverage charges or other incidental charges.

Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates are excluded from the guarantee.

Travelodge Hotels Asia may deny claims where the difference between the lower competing rate and the rate on the Travelodge Hotels Asia reservation channel is less than US$5.

The guarantee does not apply to the following rate types:

• Negotiated discount rates, such as corporate, incentive, group or wholesale rates that Travelodge Hotels Asia has not made available for booking to the general public.
• Qualified discount rates, including but not limited to, government rates, military rates, senior rates and rates made available exclusively to members of a closed group.
• Discount rates that require membership in a club, organization or other group or that are otherwise approved by Travelodge Hotels Asia, such as CAA or AAA.
• Package rates that include room and other components such as travel, car rental, entertainment and/or non-breakfast meals.
• Package or group add-on rates that extend the length of a stay.
• Rates negotiated for stays extending beyond 30 nights.
• Rates available on auction websites
• Rates available on websites and services that do not disclose the hotel brand and/or particular hotel until the reservation is completed, such as Hotwire and Priceline.

Void where prohibited by law. Travelodge Hotels Asia reserves the right to modify or cancel the guarantee at any time without prior notice. No current mechanics, need to discuss and align program mechanics.
